About Sherry Louise
Helping others to transform their lives and bodies is something that brings great joy to my life. I am grateful to have found my true calling and have over 25 years of experience as an integrative energy medicine practitioner. Healing modalities such as Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code have enabled me to deepen my understanding of myself and shift and evolve my own life in an exciting and new direction. "A friend recommended Sherrylou when my beloved soul cat Sheba was dying and struggling with a number of things that were causing her stress and pain. I called her and she came over that evening to assess Sheba and do some energy clearing. Q: What is energy healing?
A. Everything in the world is energy. Each part of the body, including the organs and tissues has its own energy frequency. Our emotions, traumas, beliefs, etc. also have their own energy frequencies. Sometimes the energy of our emotions, traumas, etc. can become trapped in the body and interact in a negative way with our bodies natural frequencies, causing disharmony and imbalance. Energy medicine seeks to identify these energetic imbalances and or blockages and remove them so that the body can return to a harmonious state and heal itself.
Q: What is the Emotion Code?
A: The Emotion Code is a therapeutic technique to help people free themselves from their emotional baggage. The technique involves identifying and releasing trapped emotions and traumas from negative past events. Because trapped emotions and trauma are made of energy, they can interfere with the natural frequencies of the body and cause a variety of physical and emotional issues. Once removed, the body is more able to come into balance and heal itself more effectively and emotional issues often disappear or become more easy to handle.
Q: What is the Body Code?
A: The Body Code is a sophisticated and complex method of balancing the different aspects of the body including the emotional, energetic, nutritional and structural. It also addresses pathogens and toxicity. By identifying and correcting imbalances in these areas, we can help the bodies innate, self healing ability to take over. This technique is not meant to replace any conventional medical treatment. Once again, the goal of this therapy is to remove energy blockages and balance and reset the body so that it may function optimally and heal itself.
Q: What is the Belief Code?
A: The Belief Code builds on the Emotion Code and the Body Code and allows one to tap into the subconscious mind for the purpose of identifying and releasing negative, unwanted belief systems and replacing them with positive, empowering beliefs. It is a way to release and clear negative programs and limiting mindsets that inhibit our ability to progress and create the lives that we want. Many have reported profound shifts in their consciousness and lives as a result of this "reprogramming" of the subconscious mind.
Q: What is Applied Kinesiology?
A: Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a modality of energy medicine that uses muscle testing as a tool for evaluating functions of the body as it relates to structural, chemical, emotional and neurological regulatory mechanisms. AK incorporates the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine's meridian and elemental systems. An AK practitioner may massage Neuromuscular, Neurovascular, and or acupressure reflex points to stimulate the removal of energetic blockages and reestablish energy flow through the meridians. AK may also be used to assess and treat nutritional, allergenic, emotional and other imbalances.
Q: What is Neuromuscular Reprogramming
A: Neuromuscular Reprogramming (NMR) is a technique based on the "Reactive Muscle Theory" of AK and is used to find the cause of disfunction in muscle groups in the body. Once the dysfunction is determined, the muscle groups can be reprogrammed to function optimally, using various reflex points and release techniques.
Q: What is Voice Frequency Analysis?
A: Based on the research of Alfred Tomatis, "every frequency is a nutrient." All parts of the body, down to a cellular level, function at different frequencies. If there is an imbalance, it can cause a wide range of issues. A healthy person hits all the notes of a scale when they speak or sing. A person suffering illness may be missing certain notes or frequencies in their voice. Voice Frequency Analysis uses software that records and analyzes the voice for missing notes, notes that are too high and potential other issues in the frequency landscape. Once these imbalances are found, a listening program is recommended for the purpose of "supplementing" the missing notes, etc. until the body comes into a natural balance. Reassessment is recommended after six weeks of a home listening program.
Q: What is Biofield Tuning?
A: The word "biofield" refers to the body's electrical system in its entirety - both the electrical currents that run through it and the magnetic field that surrounds it. Biofield tuning is a sound therapy method that incorporates the use of tuning forks, bells music and various other sound devices to bring balance and harmony to the many layers of this field.
